The development includes a skyscraper that has over 65 storeys above ground, three basement levels and rises up to an overall height of 301.6 m. A 27 storey building, in addition to a podium building indicating the shape of a river coarse towards the sea. The Assima Tower is being built to an impeccable standard of architectural design, functionality, and quality. The design of the office towers brings together great natural light and panoramic views, supported by high standards of technology. Base Consult, is responsible for the engineering and issuance of execution drawings of the Tower and its relevant podium.
The development includes a 28 storey building, with a magnificent crown extending 30 m above the roof level. The building was designed by the famous WKK Architects, and Engineered by BuroHuppold. Base Consult, is responsible for the full design, engineering, 3D modelling and issuance of all execution drawings of the crown area at roof. The crown of one tower, forms the complement of a unique tower and reflects the extent of its elegance and complexity. In addition to the challenging design and works, along the whole areas of the tower, the crown with its complex geometry reflects one of the most challenging structures.

The development includes two towers, designed by renown architectural firm Foster+ Partners. The site includes Dorchester Collection's first hotel in the region and luxury residences managed by the iconic hospitality brand, named Private Residences by Dorchester Collection Roberts Constructions has partnered with lmpresa Pizzarotti & C, one of Italy's most established construction firms, to deliver the project. Base Consult, is responsible for the full design and engineering of the whole envelope of the building.
It is developed by Z.R.E and designed by Paralax, it includes 17,500 SQM of built-up area and consists of 2 Blocks, 11 stories each, located in the center of Beirut. It is characterized by: A distinguished glass and metal perforated facade with an interior court maximizing light penetration into the offices. BOD 1277 is an architecturally advanced Class A facility, built with efficient design and cutting-edge technical specifications, including anti-seismic and fire safety standards, optimized security, and aiming for LEED Gold certification for a new healthy environment by adopting features and technologies which will contribute to sizably lower energy consumption. Base Consult, is the Façade Consultant, responsible for the full consultancy and technical supervisions of the façade package.

Located on a prime vehicular artery in Jeddah, the project sits on a peculiar site that is a result of the vehicular roads intersection. A left-over terrain vague, a unique feature in Jeddah, the project gains an iconicity on multiple levels, in its narrow and long volume derived from the site's shape, its location at major crossroads, and finally in its tailored art oriented program. A pioneering project for Artist Lofts, the project promises to set an example for a new cultural awareness for the city at large. The design is inspired by these three factors of Location, Site Morphology and Program to create a synthesis of all three into an architecture that is of the place and forward looking at the same time. Base Consult is responsible for the design, specifications and consultancy of all technical aspects in the building.
Amni towers development comprises of two high rise towers, the larger being an Iconic Head Office Tower complemented by a Luxurious Residential Tower. The complex envisions a vibrant urban lifestyle for residents and professionals creating a lively mixed-use environment in the prime location of EKO ATLANTIC. The plot covers an area of approximately 9,400sqm. The project is composed of mainly 3 parts, Tower A, Tower B, and a podium. Tower A A residential of 20 floors consisting of 2/3/4/5 Bedroom Apartments. Tower B An office Tower of 34 floors housing in addition to the office floors a private villa on floors 35,36,37,38&40. Podium Retail Stores line the street level and 5 stories of parking above in addition to a basement floor. The 6th floor (podium roof) is a landscaped terrace housing a pool, running track, gathering areas, a canteen, a gym & a multipurpose room.

The NSDS is developed by Solidere, and forms a masterpiece designed by the famous Architect Zaha Hadid. It consists of a 5-storey development of 26,370 m2 usable area, comprised of a department store at the northern end and a mixed-use facility - retail at ground and lower-ground levels and serviced apartments on upper levels with a rooftop restaurant - at the southern end, located in the center of Beirut. The envelope of the building is contracted to FCG Middle East. Base Consult, and since its establishment, has been awarded as a subcontractor to FCG/Alumco, to continue the Design and Management scope on the project.
The development consists of a 30 storey offices building of 20,000 m2 usable area, designed by KZ Architects. The Project composed of 2 basements as parking and common services located on lots area and Tower Building composed of GF, Mezzanine and 28 floors+ Roof). Base Consult is responsible for the design, management, and execution of the project.

The 360 Mall derives its name from its circular structure, which was due in part to the rigorous zoning restrictions. It is located in one of Kuwaitis fastest growing residential areas. It is influenced by Middle Eastern architecture, featuring hand-blown glass sculptures by Dale Chihuly, along with a Solar Garden with 21,000 plants growing on a vertical wall intended to help improve air quality and act as a natural bio-filter. Other features include a water feature, an organically shaped skylight in the Main Atrium, and sculptured landscaping on the outside of the building.

The building consists of two components, the Hotel and the Residence, these two buildings are completely separated and only connected through a service corridor at the first basement level, and vehicle access at the third basement. The two towers offer an exclusive address with dazzling scenic views of Amman, making them a top preference for premier short-term travelers at the hotel, as well as homeowners at the luxurious residences.
The project total built-up area is 43,500 sqm, on a plot of 13,755 sqm surface area. The Building consists of: • 4 upper floor area of 15,500 sqm area distributed as follows: 4,000 sqm for conferences zone and 11,500 sqm for training zone. • 3 basement levels of 28,000 sqm area distributed as follows: 17,000 sqm parking area with a capacity of 300 cars and 11,000 sqm for electromechanical rooms and warehouses.

The Façade is composed of mixed of Aluminum glazed system of special unitized systems, stick curtain walls, skylight, doors and windows. The façade is fully developed and Engineered by Base Consult through designing the different Aluminum systems, issuance of calculation reports, shop drawings, design drawings, and production drawings.
The Façade was fully developed and Engineered by Base Consult, with the aid of different 3D Modeling softwares and in-house built plug-ins for this purpose. Base Consult scope was to design the whole façade elements, issuance of 3D BIM Modeling of the façade, issuance of calculation reports, shop drawings, design drawings, and production drawings, in addition to high level site management and quality control. Base consult has also performed the technical requirements of 4 PMUs for different systems of the project and 2 ATEx certifications.

The inland villas are inspired by sweeping desert sand dunes and are set apart to give guests a sense of privacy. Base Consult scope is to design the façade elements, issuance of 3D BIM Modeling of the façade, issuance of calculation reports, shop drawings, design drawings, and production drawings. The façade constitutes of sophisticated curved façade with slim system from Vitrocsa that is fully automated with the aid of motorized vents that connects the end user with the Red Sea and Circular shaped skylight that connects him with the sky.
The institution is inspired by the Red Sea’s thriving coral formations and stunning views of the Red Sea. The canopy over the building provides ventilation, shading, and open space to the sky. The large canopy is supported from 4 points with a structural steel frame. The 10,340 square meter institute has 3 floors; 2 above ground and 1 underground floor. The shape and color of the building are inspired by coral-marines life. GRC panels were used to keep the structure strong and to increase its harmony with its environment. The main plaza offers a view of the Red Sea and marine.
